We will tailor outdoor activities to suit group's abilities and it will be enjoyable
Whatever your business is involved with, effective teamwork is essential for success. Changes to management structures may create new teams and new relationships. New and developing projects can bring about changes in team compositions and mergers and acquisitions can mean problems with integration.
Your Activities will be organised by Dave Gallivan and his company of 10 years standing Yorkshire Dales Guides Supervised by him and his team of Fully Qualified and Experienced local instructors, male and female.
Dave has over 30years experience of caving and is Duty Controller with Clapham's Cave and Fell Rescue Team. He holds a MLTB Mountain Walking Leaders Award, is a Nationally Qualified Caving Instructor and has caved all over the UK, Europe and Vietnam. Most recently he has climbed to the summit of Mount Cotopaxi in Ecuador, the worlds highest active volcano.
You will have a team that you can trust.
Your group will be split into teams and given tasks that require cooperation between team members.
These tasks and activities include caving, simple climbing, gully scrambling, orienteering, mountain safety and rescue scenarios.
The activity will be tailored to the group's previous experience so that the challenges are appropriate to them, and held on private land to provide the group with privacy.
